Dr. Mary Rassla

Acupuncturist

Dr. Mary Rassla is a dedicated acupuncture practitioner with a Doctorate of Acupuncture degree from MUIH. Her passion lies in the intersection of sports medicine, women’s health, and overall well-being. Driven by a love for holistic health and a commitment to natural healing methods, she finds fulfillment in collaborating with physical therapists and athletic trainers to offer comprehensive care for her patients. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Rassla cherishes her time with family and friends. A fitness enthusiast, she actively engages in weight training and various forms of physical exercise, reflecting her holistic approach to health both personally and professionally.

Dr. Anthony Montalbano

Physical Therapist

As a dedicated physical therapist at Holmdel Physical Therapy, I strive to empower my patients on their journey to recovery and improved mobility. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercy College, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

With over five years of experience, I specialize in sports medicine and orthopedic injuries, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. My approach focuses on restoring function and enhancing performance, helping athletes and active individuals get back to doing what they love.

I am passionate about helping individuals regain their strength and functionality, and I take pride in fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing guitar, and learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I look forward to working with you to achieve your health and wellness goals!

James Daber, ATC

Athletic Trainer

Jimmy is an experienced athletic trainer with over 13 years of expertise in sports performance and rehabilitation. A graduate of Kean University, he has worked in diverse settings, including high schools, colleges, and outpatient facilities, specializing in advanced techniques like dry needling. Known for his commitment to helping athletes reach peak performance and recover safely, he combines his knowledge with a passion for personalized care. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and their family dog. An active coach for his kids’ sports teams, he brings the same dedication and energy to supporting young athletes as he does in his professional career.

Oscar Ayllon, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Oscar Ayllon is a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree from Kean University and a Physical Therapist Assistant certification from Union College. With two years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Oscar has developed expertise in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, specializing in areas such as gait and balance training. He is passionate about guiding patients regain strength and mobility, drawing on specialized knowledge in sports rehab for athletes and active individuals. Outside of work, Oscar is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying soccer, basketball, football, and volleyball. He actively plays soccer and volleyball and is passionate about music, often playing guitar in his spare time. Oscar’s diverse interests and commitment to patient care makes him a well-rounded and dedicated healthcare professional, motivated to make a positive impact in every session.
